Format

The AI Incubator operates on a project-based approach, aiming to develop and deliver fully functional prototypes. Each project follows the agile methodology, where objectives and end-results are clearly defined from the outset, ensuring focused and efficient progress.

Every project team is composed of a dynamic mix of in-house members from the participant side and dedicated experts from the AI Incubator ecosystem. These teams are equipped with specialized communication and organization infrastructure for seamless collaboration, encompassing discussion platforms, virtual meetings, code repositories, and essential hardware resources.

The AI Incubator operates at the heart of Silicon Valley, with a blend of in-person and online activities. Key events, including kick-off and milestone gatherings, are hosted at the Siemens Factory Automation showroom in Campbell, CA. The grand culmination of the program, Demo Day, takes place at the prestigious Plug and Play Tech Center.

For teams that require a physical presence, a dedicated workspace is available upon request at the Plug & Play Tech Centre in Sunnyvale, CA, ensuring a productive and collaborative environment for project development and innovation.
